JOSEPH J. GRIMAIL, P.E.
PRINCIPAL
Mr. Grimail's expertise encompasses many aspects of transportation engineering and planning for both the public and private sectors. These include preparation of long-range transportation plans, impact-fee ordinances, corridor assessments, permitting processes, access management, parking analyses, and policy analyses. Mr. Grimail has extensive experience in preparation and project management of large, area-wide transportation studies including traffic forecast modeling, land-use analysis, traffic impact analyses, and financial evaluations. He is also well-versed in design-related projects including roadway design, signal warrant studies and design, conceptual design alternatives, and traffic control devices. |

JOHN A. NOVAK, P.E.
ROADWAY DESIGN
Mr. Novak serves as transportation design manager and senior project manager for roadways and bridges at Grimail Crawford. His experience includes the design and management of highway and bridge projects, as well as project development and environmental (PD&E) studies, construction engineering, value engineering studies, bridge inspection and rating, and constructability reviews. In his career, Mr. Novak has been involved in projects in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and New Jersey. |

MARY STALLINGS
GIS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Ms. Stallings is responsible for the application and development of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Information Technology. She has extensive experience utilizing GIS technology in various technical fields such as transportation, planning, hydrology, and site investigation. Her areas of specialization include database design, GIS integration and analysis, standards development, ESRI-authorized GIS training, preparation of GIS user requirement analysis, and data dictionary development. Ms. Stallings has served as technical lead and project manager for a wide range of applications in various disciplines. |

RICHARD STILES, AICP
TRANSPORTATION PLANNING
Mr. Stiles serves as Transportation Planning Manager - Private Sector. He is responsible for overall project management and technical oversight of DRI traffic studies, concurrency traffic impact studies, access management analyses, and independent transportation impact fee studies. In addition, Mr. Stiles has extensive experience in public sector planning, which includes eight years with the Pinellas County Metropolitan Planning Organization. His experience includes long-range transportation planning, comprehensive planning, design traffic studies, and intelligent transportation systems (ITS) planning. Mr. Stiles has provided transportation consulting services to several FDOT districts and has managed projects throughout Florida. |
