05/2007 | GCI awarded contract for Interstate 75 at SR 70 in Manatee Co.

Grimail Crawford was awarded the contract to widen the northbound on-ramp to Interstate 75 at SR 70 in Manatee County. Contract includes designing the dual lane on-ramp to I-75 with signal modifications for two turning lanes on SR 70, permitting, construction bid package preparation, construction inspection, and contractor oversight for invoice acceptance and county reimbursement. Project is underway with construction expected to commence in the summer of 2007. Total project cost estimated at $1,437,000.
