Hunter’s Green Community Association

 Grimail Crawford provided a variety of engineering services to the Association under several work orders. One assignment involved the upgrading of signs and pavement markings for numerous school crossings within the development. Other assignments involved performing an assessment of the pavement conditions for the Association’s 4.8 miles of roadway and to investigate and recommend alternative pavement rehabilitation methods.

US 301 (Gall Blvd.)
Pasco County, FL
 Grimail Crawford prepared construction plans and specifications for the resurfacing, restoration and rehabilitation of a 3.7-mile section of rural highway. Safety improvements to the project included adding paved shoulders, lengthening turn-lanes, upgrading signage and pavement marking, and replacing ditches with a closed drainage system. This project was prepared under the Florida Department of Transportation electronic delivery format. |

Lakewood Ranch Blvd. Widening
Manatee County, FL
 Grimail Crawford prepared construction plans and specifications for the reconstruction and six-lane widening of 0.8 miles of Lakewood Ranch Blvd. at its intersection with State Road 70 in Manatee County. The project included lighting plans, signing and pavement marking plans, extending a concrete box culvert, and signalizing the Lakewood Ranch Blvd./Center Ice Parkway intersection. Grimail Crawford’s services also included construction monitoring.
